‘Both the advice and introductions that Kevin has provided the team over the years have been incredibly valuable particularly while navigating our way through our early years. All this delivered with Kevin’s signature candid style and cheeky sense of humour have made working with Kevin both fruitful and enjoyable!’
“Kevin was instrumental in helping us develop a strong business case for a new £68m industry led innovation centre called the International Barley Hub. This involved bringing the whole of the barley sector together for the first time ever including multi-nationals and SMEs, and facilitating workshops and discussions to persuade, cajole and inspire everyone to work together. Kevin’s reputation and experience gave the whole process credibility from the start and his inter-personal, analytical and negotiation skills made sure we had successful outcomes. Can’t speak highly enough of him.”
“We have now worked with Business Therapies for several years, and although we consider ourselves to be pretty experienced in the business world, it is always good to have our feet firmly placed back on the ground if we get ahead of ourselves, and this is what Kevin and his team do for us in various ways, whether that is making sure we stick to our goals and targets and achieve them, guiding us through the labyrinth that is the Public Sector, or simply playing devil’s advocate. This help and advice has proved really valuable to us on many occasions.”
“Kevin’s assistance was invaluable in getting TCB established in Scotland and securing our first fundraising from the Scottish Investment Bank. He is an invaluable asset to the Scottish Lifesciences sector.”
“Kevin Moore provided insight and advice that have been invaluable to the success and growth of Causeway Therapeutics. As an academic with no previous business experience, Kevin’s mentoring and encouragement helped prepare me for the role of CEO.”
“Kevin’s desire for the company to succeed is apparent to everyone in the company and I have yet to meet anyone who comes close to his breadth of experience in building a technology company. He continues to provide insight and practical solutions, while also challenging and pushing the Executive to develop their own leadership abilities.
“I can recommend any ambitious fledging company or entreprenour to work with Kevin if they wish to develop the necessary business skills.”
“Quotient, formerly as Alba Bioscience, has worked with Business Therapies for a number of years. Kevin and the team have provided support in a number of areas over the years, from assisting with a strategic review of the business, the development of a focussed business plan targeting international growth, research grant applications and even with the due diligence process during the acquisition of the business from the Scottish National Health Service. The support and advice from Business Therapies over the years has been welcome and invaluable and we continue to work with Kevin on a number of projects.”
